Consistency and commitment are essential to reaching your treatment goals. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If we do not answer your phone call, please leave a message to cancel.
If you late cancel, no-show, or fail to contact our office or therapist within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be removed from your therapist’s schedule. Additionally, if you attend fewer than 75% of your scheduled sessions (six sessions) within two months—unless other arrangements have been made in advance—your therapist may consider the professional relationship to be discontinued for legal and ethical reasons. As a result, the therapeutic agreement will be terminated.
Before termination, your therapist will provide a warning regarding your attendance.
IEHP: Give our office a call at (760) 620-5554. We will check your eligibility and we will have you do an intake over the phone with one of our intake specialists. This process should take ten minutes. Referrals are no longer required for IEHP members.
Desert Oasis Healthcare: Contact DOHC Behavioral Health at (844) 374-3571 to inquire if you are eligible to receive a referral for our office. Once we receive the referral our office will give you a call within 24 hours.
All other insurances: Please give our office a call.
Superbill: If you want to use your PPO plan we will be out of network. You will need to contact your insurance company and ask how much you will be reimbursed for services.

Once you receive authorization, give our office a call. Please allow 24 hours for your referral to be sent to our office. We will not be able to move forward without receiving it.
You will speak with one of our intake specialists. The intake should take no longer than 10 minutes. The intake specialist will gather the necessary information needed to fit you or your child with the appropriate therapist.
The intake specialist will send you all forms electronically for you to review and sign before booking your first appointment. The sooner the forms are received, the sooner we can schedule the appointment.
Once you sign all forms, our scheduler will contact you to schedule your appointment.
Please be aware that we will reach out to you based on your preferred schedule. In the event that we leave a message to arrange your appointment, we will reserve your spot for 24 hours. If we do not receive a response from you within this timeframe, your spot will be offered to another individual.
Call to check eligibility and begin intake with our intake specialist. You will speak with one of our intake specialists. The intake should take no longer than 10 minutes. The intake specialist will gather the necessary information needed to fit your child with the appropriate therapist.
2. For legal purposes if both parents are not in the home our intake specialist will ask if you have any custody paperwork and if there is no custody paperwork, both parents will need to consent.
3. If a parent is not in the child’s life, your file will need to be approved by the Director of Operations for approval to be able to sign a one-parent consent.
4. The intake specialist will send you all forms electronically for you to review and sign prior to booking your first appointment. The sooner the forms are received, the sooner we can schedule the appointment.
5.. The process of getting a minor appointment depends on the parent(s) and the minor’s availability.

The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created and does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
